I do put the AS serial number but I can only go as far as the shopping cart, I cant continue for some reason.

Maybe I've made an error on the serial number? I'll check again.

I've been trying to upgrade my AS6 to ASP7 on the Smith Micro web site, but once I click continue so that I may pay for it I get an error page. I'm using google chrome and I also tried it on Internet Explorer and still no luck... I'm in a hotel right now with very fast internet and my computer works...
