what scripting language is used for anime studio

i'm in the midst of trying to learn some new stuff and I figured that would be one of the most useful things to learn.

why oh why does my timeline seem to 'lock up' sometimes? I can still animate, but I can't do any timeline functions. I can pick a key, but I can't delete it. I can't switch to graph mode. I can't use any of the timeline buttons.

I try the batch export and it seems to run through to 100%. Problem is, I can't find the output file. It's not putting it in the same location as the AS file.

so i'll try using the batch export.

does AS shut down when i'm trying to export a swf. it's taken me two days to try and export 6 .swf files, the longest of which is only 500 frames, and i still have 5 more to go. is there some setting i need to adjust, or do i just have to keep relaunching and trying again?

i was afraid of that. just have to change the format.

I'm trying to import an MP3 to animate to in AS Pro. I try Import->Soundtrack then navigate to the file, but it's greyed out so I can't select it.

either... 1) they weren't great artists, but thought they were. I knew a lot of people that thought they were great artists and didn't believe/listen to the instructors.
