I love Wacom

I'm using a small bamboo and can hardly stand to be without it.
When I first investigated someone said that the smaller size (instead of a larger tablet) allows for smaller hand movements.
It also is easier to use on the couch, etc.
This is my 2nd.

So I deleted some fonts, and hid LOTS of them. Still 17 seconds to get from clicking 'insert text' to the text box . I found a forum about Windows 7 saying it doesn't always HIDE UNWANTED FONTS. Some programs still use all the fonts. Well, that about sums it up. I deleted even more fonts. But over 1...

So much to learn.
I've never heard of a bitmap editor.
Honestly, if I had known that would have gotten me the stills I need, I would have gotten Debut and not spent the extra $ on pro.

I've just upgraded from AS 5 to AS 6 pro. Love the sleek new interface, haven't had time to experiment with the new stuff yet. But the reason I bought pro instead of debut is I can export a single frame in jpg or png. I use the still frame to illustrate my blog, and then link to a video of my animat...

I contacted tech support and here is the reply. He says he doesn't have any delay, so boy am I glad I posted here first. I have added only 1 font, all the rest came with my Toshiba, and now have deleted or hidden most of them. Just counted, less than 100 left. Anyway, here is what tech support had t...

Correcto mundo.
But why the HUGE difference from AS 5??
Any way, I went into fonts, hid 1/2 of them, deleted all the odd foreign ones that it would allow me to - many were protected - and that cut the wait time from a FULL 30 SECONDS to a mere 15 seconds.
:( Ah well.

Hi folks, I've been animating astrology charts using AS5 for several years, just got a new computer with windows 7 and upgraded to Pro6. The mainstay of my work is using astrology fonts as characters in my work. I type up to 12 "letters" at a time, then arrange them, move them, rotate, etc...

I just heard from support services, they said indeed, single frame export is available only for the pro editions.
No problem, now I know.
Thanks all.

When I choose export animation the choices are
AVI movie
Quicktime movie
Flash (SWF)

I don't get a choice for JPEG or PING
??
Do you have Pro? Cause I don't, and if that's the difference I will upgrade.

Export a still from my animation to my blog?

Hi folks, I've been using AS5 for a couple of years now. I use Windows Movie Maker, take still shots, and upload them to my blog or paste into email. But the quality sucks. I use other still programs (Publisher, Adobe Elements) to create stills but they have a lot of issues, too, and I don't get any...

 Oops, doesn't work. I'm still using AS 5
Maybe only on Pro or debut?
I'm upgrading this month. Buying a new laptop that can handle all the videos I'm doing.
