I just cant get the difference between the region or the flexible Bone In the bone Layer Settings .. Like when should i use this and when should i use the other .. and whats the effect of each one .. !

Hello , I have Got Anime Studio Pro 5.5 About 3 days ago , and i have a problem with putting items over others in 1 layer .. for example .. i have a shirt with buttons over it .. and when the hands of my character Moves they Move Under the Buttons ( The Buttons Appear Over The Hand ) ..
