I just watched your cartoon. It is a good start, you deserve some credit for learning this much and I'm sure it was a positive step to learning more along the way!

Hi friend! This might work: when I went to enter my new serial number, I had to replace the zero with the letter o, or was it the letter o with a zero. Like you, I had tried other things like upper and lower case, but this solved my problem.
