ASP 7: Batch export bug
When you press the 'start' button after setting a range of frames to be rendered using batch export, it resets itself to the full timeline range.
I am exporting to PNG, haven't tried exporting to Quicktime yet.
ASP 7 / iMac8,1 / 20" / 2.66 Ghz/ 4 GB RAM / Mac OS 10.6.4

ASP 7: Frame Interpolation using Switch Layers: NOT working
Frame interpolation is not only skipping frames while exporting (to MOV or PNG, either using regular or batch export), it is also not rendering timeline previews well. The only solution I have found: frame by frame COMMAND+R then save as PNG: Big time pain in the @$$. Destroyed my scene. Downgrading...

Indeed... it's so frustrating. In my case I am unable to stop trying and trying until I find the solution by myself. Sometimes in an obsessive way. Obviously, when nothing works out I go and ask for help. This is my first animation project and I have had to learn from scratch, passing from having me...

Hi slowtiger, I have just solved this brain damaging puzzle. Not the 29.97 exporting thing of ASPro but my syncing problem. I tried what you recommended on shifting a +- 1 or 2 frames but that didn't work. The length of both audio files just didn't match at all. I have also tried changing fps the se...

AS Pro 5.6 (Mac) won't export to 29.97 fps
Hi, I am having trouble exporting to 29.97 fps. Either choosing command+B or command-E it just won't work. Let me explain: - I have recorder the actors voices - I have edited the audio using Sony Vegas at 29.97 fps - Animated with AS Pro 5.6 (Mac) - Rendered my scenes in first instance at 30 fps - E...

SOS! Easy way to replace vector artwork for a character?
Hello, I have just finished animating a series of 13 (not so big) scenes of the same character (layer, bones, eyes, eyebrows, lipsynch, & point animation are ready), but now it turns out that I need to change the look of this character's face and mouth. The new character is ready, but I have no ...

Your character design is very very nice. It is appealing, which is worth a lot. With a bit more work on the movements it can be a first class spot. Genete already spotted out the weak parts. Hey Slowtiger! Thank you very much. This has been something we've been struggling to achieve. I'll keep you ...

Thanks
Thanks again Genete! I'll take all your recommendations. Regarding the views, I am a skilled drawer (I draw like a kid), I am working as director and "animator" of this project. The person who illustrates is working on all the other different views. Will definitely try head turns! This is ...
