After waiting for a reply, was messing with the program. No one said to drag and drop the layer or picture over the bones in layer menu. Like i said in the video was fast and didn't explain. I cam across that by mistake. Now I know how to move the picture with bones. Only if i figured it before post...

He's moving too fast in the program and his typing in notepad is not helping. Some how he locked or paired the bones with the picture...
