When I click on frame 7 and try to adjust certain points, it adjusts them from the beginning!

So how do I create a key frame at this point?

Hi, I'm trying to create an animation there's two problems. 1) Firstly, when I move a bone it moves in frame 0 which I thought it wasn't supposed to do. 2) Secondly, when I try to adjust specific points as I go along it seems to move them in all frams, not just the one I'm working on, making it look...
