Bone won't connect to image...

One of my bones won't connect to the image it is supposes to. It just moves around on it's own. Why is this? All of the other bones are connected except this one...

you cant paste, but you can save as a .PNG file and import it, that's what I do :3

Is it possible to save a manually made character?

I know that they have to regular anime studio characters that come with the pack, but can I save the characters I made myself in a place like that?

I am NOT using Anime Studio PRO.
