Convert Windows movie maker files
I had just put together my animation, and the test play worked out beautifuly. Then I saved. Thats when I discovered that "Windows Movie Maker" could only save to one format! Does anyone know of a free converter to convert Windows Movie Maker Files into Quicktime, SWF, or AVI?

I know there is a way to make the timeline last longer, but I don't know how. Does anybody know how? If you know how, can you please teach...

make a person talk?
I can't seem to get my character to talk....Using switch layers, I made two mouth shapes, one open, one closed. How do I get the two to switch back and forth? Its called a switch layer, but I can't get the images to switch!
