UPDATE: Well, this turned out to be a non-issue that probably had more to do with Final Cut than AS. I replaced the affected clips in the Final Cut timeline and re-rendered everything and the problem went away. GCharb, I've never tried working with a Targa sequence in Final Cut, so I may give that a shot. I'm using Anime Studio Debut 6.0 on a PC. My project dimensions are 720 x 534, NTSC D1, 24p.
