Hi Parker, Its good to see Cluckie inspiring people, but Knunk is right, try to dig deeper. Not just look at the surface and copy elements but think of them in a composition as a whole. Think about where the action for the animation will be and try to frame the shot with colour and shapes that lead ...

Hi All, We're excited about 7. We're going to be upgrading shortly, we're just finishing a series that we've been working away on for the last 8 months. After which we're switching everything over to version 7. Squeakydave: We produce all character animation within the software, no trace and paint h...

I remember when Flash first came out - actually a few versions on. John K was spearheading it for animation production and no one would touch it. It's exactly the same for ASP (and I know that some major productions use it in their pipeline). And 3d is not the same as 2d in production. Mainly becaus...

GCharb, Your over compicating everything, shows that are produced in Flash - and there are many, many more than TB. Don't have TD's attached to them, rather an employee who knows the software. You'd be suprised how many studios use ASP to produce animation. Its used a lot more than you realise only ...

Hi, You'll never get anyone to produce that amount of work for you for free. Just in terms of time frame a single animator would probably need 20-40 months to make that kind of animation (a good animator could probably do around 1 - 2 minutes a month) I know of no one who can spare 2-4 years of thei...

The backgrounds are beautifully done. I wonder if you'd mind describing your technique for creating them. I believe you use Illustrator for the main drawing/painting and refine them in Photoshop? They are created in Photoshop, some elements are done with Flash but the majority of work on them is PS...
