didnt happen, actually i want it all to be a part of the same rig, just two layers of a hand making two signs, each with bones for the fingers, and connecting to the arm bone at the wrist.[/img]

hmm, so what yo saying is that if i have a character's hand making say two diferent signs each in a layer and both in a switch, when adding bones i use those very sets of bones for both layers??!!! possible and interesting, lemme try that thanks.
