Try odesk! I'm sure that there are some people or company are looking for animators there.

I think 2 min is a long one so you need a story board so you can show your animator what you really want.

I've seen fantastic songs video clips done in that style, the more trial the better. It all relies on a wise decision, it might be a easy one, but it must be fantastic.
