How come my . png file doubles in size when i import them in anime studio?

i made a image of aprox. 32x42 in photoshop
when i import it anime studio and make a screenshot save it as a.png it seems to have doubled in size

is there someway to fix this?

A sprite can also be a sequence of images, which AS can import automatically via Scripts->Image->Import Image Sequence... The images will be put in a switch layer and keyframed on the timeline. The filenames need to be numbered sequentially for this work. that sounds like what i've seen, thanx
