Real quick question .... I just did the tutorial for a patch layer. the patch layer works, however the patch layer does not move with the figure .... it stays in one place

For some reason now, whenever I select the bone strength tool the oval strength are that gets displayed is a very very light color and blends in with the white background and I can hardly see it ....... it used to be red I think. Is there a way to fix this?

Hold up .......... I had a picture layer at the top tht I made transparent for tracing. When that layer is visible I have the problem, if I make the layer visible the problem persists.

Question revision ........ how do I make the lines stop disappearing while the picture layer is visible?

When I am drawing a line all of the other lines on other layers disappear as I draw the new line. when I release the mouse button they reappear. how do I stop them from all disappearing?
