I'd try exporting a png sequence, then in moho use the scripts>import image sequence. I usually have problems with gifs myself.
Also, there is something weird with flash and transparencies in general when you export to other applications.

Its definately something in Moho, because i've exported those flash pngs to other programs and theres no problem. I think it might have to do something with the actual rendering, becasue when editing the files, the png transparency is perfect. Only when I preview or render does the problem surface. ...

I've searched the forum but couldn't come up with a solution for this problem. When I import pngs into the program there are very thin outlines around the edges when I overlap them.
