the only see-through part is the middle of the leg, which is dark blue. The white background i want transparent isn't. what did i do wrong?

(p.s. im sorry if i'm asking alot of questions, but buying this program cost me two or three week's pay and i want to make sure i know how to use it.

I read the tutorials, but I dont have an application that enable transparency. All i got is appleworks that saves in photoshop format. I want moho to make all white pixels (255, 255, 255) transparent. Isn't there a button or something that does that?
