Thanks for your answer. I'm already dividing the sound track in short parts, for instance 300frames.But even for frame 50 the sound is getting slightly out of sync ? Is it a QuickTime problem ? I would like to buy ASP10,and upgrade my mac book air in 10.8, if I was sure not to have the same problem...

I have anime studio pro 9.0 and mac book pro 10.6.8
I have a good synchronisation image / sound in anime studio
but when I export my animation in QuickTime
The sound and image get more and more out of sync .
I made a lot of of test but couldn't found any solution yet .
