I would download audacity and see if you can open and save it as a wav file

Ok what you do is break the text not the audio into sections. Do the first part. Save the .dat file Do the 2nd part. Save the .dat file. When you left mouse button on the green sentence in the middle it drags left to right and will squish.
But if you drag at the beginning of the green sentence it makes the sentence smaller as does draggin on the end.
