Re: GIFs - Made With Anime Studio & Photoshop
Very clean resolution, can I ask what dimensions and settings you used? Hey Little Yamori...sorry for the late response. I've been super busy so I haven't been on the forum in a while. For my animations, full HD 1920x1080 is typically what I use now - it just makes the final product SO smooth. I us...

Re: A very simple animation - Bikini Babe & Bouncy Ball
Hey, we all get sexual urges every once in a while...it's only natural. But, this is petty attention seeking sexism. Sexual jokes can be funny. In fact, sexual jokes can be really funny and enlightening, but this is merely gratuitous. And on top of that, the bouncing ball animation is not even anima...

Control + J Keyboard Shortcut (Show Ouput Only)
As many of you probably know, a default keyboard shortcut is Control + J , and when you press Control + J it dims the area outside your work space. In Anime Studio 9, when you pressed Control + J , it completely blocked out the area outside your work space - showing only what was "on-screen.&qu...

Re: Bone Layer Opacity During Character Design
Thanks guys. It feels silly now that I asked. I should have known that I could just place the tracing image on top and make it transparent - it's such a simple and easy solution. Ducking fuh duh!!

Bone Layer Opacity During Character Design
Ok...I have a question and I'll try to explain it well. I sketched out my character on paper and I have imported it as an image into Anime Studio so I can begin drawing the character in Anime Studio. I have my bone layer, named "Santa," and inside the bone layer are the many vector layers ...

Haha!! That's pretty neat cartoonmonkey. It reminds me of something you might see in Beetlejuice.

Re: Man Watching TV (Test Animation for Animated Short)
...Applying sound effects is what gives an animation a pulse and really brings it to life. The animation has to reasonable, at least. No amount of sound will save a bad animation, IMHO. I totally agree with you 100%. The animation is the foundation and backbone, and without it the sound effects wou...

Re: Man Watching TV (Test Animation for Animated Short)
Looks good. I like the style. Nice sound effects. Thanks a lot jezjones29!! I like the style as well...it really feels at home for me. And, along with drawing backgrounds and scenes, I also really enjoy creating and applying sound effects to animation. Applying sound effects is what gives an animat...

Man Watching TV (Test Animation for Animated Short)
This is a test animation for an animated short that some friends and I are working on. Well...it's kind of a test animation, but it's also a little sneak peek of what's to come. We're having a lot of fun making this one and we're really looking forward to finishing this one. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D 4G5...

Re: Naaman Bible Story (Anime Studio Pro 10.1.3)
All religious beliefs aside...this is a cute cartoon. However, all of the vocals could have more passion behind them - they're clearly being read out loud instead of being spoken. You can still read them as you speak them, but try speaking them as if they're coming from your own mind, as opposed to ...

Re: Your Loss
First off...thanks for watching. Yes...I realize now that the pace is a bit slow, and I could trim off at least four or five minutes. But, this was great practice for me and I gained great knowledge of Anime Studio while making this short. I was aiming for a silent European style film here, but mayb...

Your Loss
This was only the second full project that I ever completed with Anime Studio Pro 9.2. Looking back, there are some things that I would do differently, and I probably could've trimmed a minute or two off the entire short. But, I had fun making this one, and I learned a lot about the program making t...
