Well, that is the very file that I've been having a problem with. I'm not sure what else I can do.

Try moving the camera using the track camera function. Move it a fair distance to one side and then scroll back to the image.

I tried to do what you suggested, Slowtiger, but either I misinterpreted your instructions or there's a different problem.

So I figured out that importing the file was the problem. For some finicky reason, whenever I modify the layers that I imported, afterwards the camera no longer distorts them. It's weird, and I'm still looking for a real solution because it will be a hassle to fix everything using that method.
