omg i cant work with moho any more sad i buy it how can i get my money back this software is a big mess it unstable it keep crash it take me a lot of time when i reopen project every time it stop !!!! and files getting missing every time i open file never face problems with other software as i face ...

hi i am so confuse the problem back i dont know why or how !!

okkkk i just know now why this problem cause

when i move the files i move them to a file with the name ( _files name) i add _ to the file name to make it upper the files and that what make the issue.
i remove the _ and it works great now

i do what you suggest and export the psd file to png files i replace each file and the problem still there
yes i do save before exporting the animation and even restart my pc

i used a psd files in my project and i change the place of this files to new location in my PC moho ask me to replace the missing files and i did then it work great but when i export it the video has a big blue x every time i open this project it ask for the missing files even if i located last time...

i use a lot of animating and design applications never face any problem but with moho 12 pro !!
and no one here give a help !!

i bought moho 12 pro the first it came and though i will work with it smoothly and fast and sadly i never make one job done from that day !! first library crashing then i never use it and it keep crashing anyway i ask for help and no one give me any help !! now after the update i face a problem that...

i was facing a problem whenever i add something to the library moho stop working i reinstall it i stop add something to library i update moho and now it doesn't make me work at all every time i click something moho stop for a while and black screen show up here is a video https://streamable.com/cg2t...

if i add something it crash and also if i use the actions sometimes it is not stable i dont know why
should i reinstall it !!

i were expecting to do my work in smoth and fast but till now i do nothing i am very very sad

moho stop working every time i try to add something to the library and i lose the work even if i saved it
that cant makes me do any long work in moho pro
i am very sad from the time i bought this not what i want

i face a broplem with moho 12 pro , when i done making a character with using layers and bind them to bones it work great but after i add them to library and try to use the character in different work
the bind layer gone and i should bind them again
any help on that !
