sorry I didnt specify. I want to add 24 frames between frames 96 and 97. hence making frame 97, frame 121

EDIT: I just moved all the keyframes over 24 frames, but is there an easier way?

I`d just add that what you did on lips is what you should apply on other elements - three shades of one color, from deep shade to "specular" detail. It could be reduced to only two shades, but than you`ll get a dramatic look which might not be what you need here. Perhaps if you search for...
