Layer not showing in render preview
Hello all! I am having this issue with one of the layers that is showing in the moho project but when it's rendered it looks like it low opacity? Any ideas what can cause this? The layer is attached to a bone that switches between hand gestures. The others are visible. I attached a screenshot below....

Re: Horizontal lines from grid don't go higher than 20
That's a limit set in the tool. You can change it by copying lm_shape.lua (and it's png icon) from the installation ...\Resources\Support\Scripts\Tool to your custom content folder Scripts/Tools and opening it in a plain text editor, like Notepad. At the very bottom you will see: elseif (msg == sel...

Horizontal lines from grid don't go higher than 20
I am trying to make a 50 x 5 grid for a mesh but it doesn't let me go higher than 20. The vertical lines are okay, just the horizontal lines that don't let go higher.

Re: animating a tail smoothly
I have been using this technique for a while now. Now I'm recording some tutorials for Cartoon Saloon, so I decided to include it on the list: 0RwkDyHDt_c That's amazing Victor! Thank you so much for finding the time to record a video! I think in this case your solution would work if the tail was s...

Re: animating a tail smoothly
I always use Sketch Bones for tail animation. If you watch either of my two DreamWorks Animation reels and see a 2D character with a tail, that's animated using Sketch Bones. Tip 1: When animating a tail, sketch from the root to this tip for ever keyframe you create. This insures that the interpola...

Re: animating a tail smoothly
Oh okay! I did assign the tail a mesh, but what do you mean by attaching it to a path? like a bone?Víctor Paredes wrote: ↑Tue Sep 29, 2020 5:59 pm You can try assigning the tail to a mesh and then attaching that mesh to a path and then animating the path.
It's a bit tricky to rig and make it work, but it can give you good results.

animating a tail smoothly
Hey guys, Would like to hear your opinions on this. I am trying to animate this tail but it is not going as smoothly as I hope it would. I created a series of bones and a mesh around the tail so I can bend it. I am using Flexi Binding for this, but it doesn't come out as smoothly. The tail itself ha...

Re: mask points move when attaching mesh
Btw, again I know there is a simple solution to this, but how do I move the bone (torso bone) the other one move slightly as well (waist, base bone). Anyway to move just the torso bone?

Re: mask points move when attaching mesh
I can send over the file. Can I have an email please? Just upload the the file to File Dropper or another file host and post the link here or in a PM. Cheers! I actually managed to find a solution to it. Apparently it had something to do with the amounts of points on the mesh. I did a couple of tes...

Hei guys, hope you are all well! I am sure there is a simple and logical solution to this but I had to take a break to work on other 2D projects and I slightly forgot some parts of moho. Any help would be kindly appreciate it. I have a png of a body which I put mask around and have two bones. I adde...

Mask points acting up
Hei guys, I need your help with a rig a colleage of mine did, but she left the project. I was asked to fix the rig. There is this issue with the mask points not following through... She made a smart bone of the shin but it doesn't rotate, only the mesh and mask do. The mesh is okay, but the mask dis...

Re: Rotate smart bone
I have also gotten some feedback regarding some of the fin shapes to bend slightly. I have done that bu creating 2 more bones in the fin and adding a mesh around the fin. It works nicely but just for one fin. I'll send a video example soon!
