Create your image and set the frame to frame 1. At frame 1 double click the layer you want to appear later, and uncheck the box labled "visible". Go to the Frame you want the image to appear at and then check the box labled visible. now that image will be invisible until the chosen frame.

The quality is extremely good. As good as you could possibly want it to be.

well if you know anything about putting a computer together i would recomend just buying the parts and putting it together yourself (or with someone who knows how) because you will save so much money.
