I've started a new project after not using Anime Pro in a while. I'm pretty sure I was able to save my work as a Jpeg before, but I can't seem to do that now. Can anyone help?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to activate my Anime Studio Pro 11 after getting a new laptop. But I get a message saying I need to deactivate that account from my old laptop first. I can't do that because I threw the old laptop away. Is there any way I can get around this? Thanks for any advice.
