I have a hand that I made that has a smart bone so it can rotate 360. Is there a way for me to copy or make reference of the hand so I can use it on the other side without having to redo the smart bone?

Is there a way to only show a specific part of the timeline or zoom in to certain keyframes? For example if I had 1000 frames but I only wanted to focus on frames 120 - 240.
Can you zoom into or adjust the timeline? I don't see this in any tutorials. Thanks for your help.
