These look great considering you've only just started out. Possibly you could experiment with some extra key frames to give the characters more of a feeling of weight? So the legs would move up but then slam down a lot faster - with a bit of bend on impact to give the illusion of the creature's body...

Thank you! Yes it's a lot of work but a lot of fun. I really like detailed backgrounds and that's actually the most time consuming part. Character rigs initially took me a while to do but I've gotten faster at it the more I've created characters. As with anything it all comes down to practice. Never...
