Everytime we install new scripts with utility such as ae_utilities.lua, this file replace the old one, is it going to break the old tools that use the previous ae_utilities.lua file? Or Moho merge the code to make the old still functions?

Try not to use cycle, you can cycle on the controller on the main timeline when you animate.
