That character has been moved on the sequencer. You can tell because the green arrow on the timeline is not starting at frame one, like default. Try moving the layer's start frame back to frame one. I am looking for this kind of action too. Sometimes we only want to rotate, not the scale and position. However, if we shy that bone, all the three channels, rotation position and scale, will be hidden too. Wish someone could have a good solution for this.
