That character has been moved on the sequencer. You can tell because the green arrow on the timeline is not starting at frame one, like default. Try moving the layer's start frame back to frame one. Hey, not sure what i clicked for this to happen or if its a bug, but for some reason I'm not able to move one of my characters. The rest move just fine. Example shown in the video.
