As Victor suggested, installing the latest drivers for your graphics card can help solve some problems, with the previous Nvidia divers starting Moho used to mess up my Firefox for some reason, the problem was solved a few drivers back, You can try re-installing Moho as well, maybe a support file go...

There are a ton of those, from old ones, like Grossology (2006-2009), to newer ones, like Final Space (2018-2021), they all use cut-out/rigged characters and could be done in Moho!
