Is there in Anime Studio the possibility to move points around, like with the "Translate Points-Tool" BUT without changing their lenght?

Huh? A point doesn't have any length. Could you explain?

Points have no length - they are coordinates in virtual space. You need to explain what you mean in a different way.

I mean the distance between 2 points.
For example when i draw a leg and i move the points around i am able to make the leg longer, or shorter.

You can select any number of points at once and move them together, this way maintaining their relative position of each other. Shift-T.

There are ways to keep the distance (such as Slowtiger recommendation or rotate the points). Anyway, I think you could request this on scripting section. Personally I consider it could be useful to have a checkbox or something to maintain the distance between two points.
