I'm new
Could someone please tell where I find the directions on how to place a lip sync on the mouth of an image of a person so it looks like the person is talking ? Thnx

Check out tutorial 4.3 in the help manual. This is the simplest type of lip sync.

Thanks for the tip Jonbo.
I actually want have in mind the lips from the library.
I can get the lips to work, but I don't know how to super impose them on an image of a face.

Have you tried to put the mouth over the image? The mouth for the library would be on top of the image in the layer palette. Use PHOTOSHOP or other image software to remove the original mouth from the image first or place a vector shape (no stroke) that closely matches the face color in the image over the original mouth then the mouth from the library.

Here's another way. I used an image texture on the fill for the vector shape. The texture is from the original image and also used soft edge effect to soften the vector shape. Check out this file:
