The Pirate - how do the legs work?

Hi.
I've loaded the AS10 pirate-woman to look how the legs-rig works.
For lifting the legs there exist the actions 15 and 19. Also bones are listed with thiese numbers but I don't see them.
The bones of the lower legs are linked to points in the upper legs - but there are no bones.
Anyone who can explain this to me.

Some of the bones are hidden...

AS 10 has the option to hide bones... goto Bone menu > Show All Bones.
