Better constraints

I just recently discovered your fabulous program and there's one thing it could really use that would make it better and that is bone constraints that will really pin down a bone. Lock bone works just so-so (a little better in 5.3 I think), plus you have to remember to lock and unlock it. Right now if you set up something like this:

where the grey bone on the bottom controls the red foot bone right above it, moving the pelvis (bone at the top) results in this:

whereas, this would be MUCH more useful, especially for walks:
