Nah, this is a Japanese musician that got hold of me end of 2014. I started it, my buddy in the US did some sprites (animated some of the first half of the vid of Pac-Man on his 3DS I believe), put the project on the backburner, and decided to make an effort to finish it.

Lo and behold.

Nice. Some how I could see all the sprites end up in a new game app.
