Outline adds material to the end

Post by karip »

Hi,

I don't know how to control this thing - In this video, while moving the target bone, outline of the leg gets more material added and removed from the other end.

How to make it so, that the material gets added f.ex to the centre of the line so you don't notice it so easily?

At the moment you notice when this happens, and it looks stuttering, or there is more life in the other end of the outline than in the other. Is this a clear question?

I'd simply bind the end point (in the crotch) to the body bone.

(Note: I still use the old-fashioned way of rigging, without smart or target bones.)
