Del key not deleting points

I've selected that point and I press the delete key and it won't get deleted.

Aaaannd Layers are disabled again and only way to fix it is to copy the content to a new file:

Do you have the select points tool selected when trying to delete points?
Are you on frame zero when trying to delete points or create layers?
Do you have drawing tools enabled for only frame zero?

Ahhh ok thank you! So I can only draw when on frame 0 no wonder it didn't work. The option drawing tools enabled for only frame zero should be off this is really confusing for beginners. I'd rather mess up the frames and learn that drawing on different frames than 0 won't change my original than thinking it's a bug because I don't know there is an option to change that.
