How to merge the color with shape.

Hello all...

I am facing a small problem which I don't know how to really explain thats why i can't google it...

Lets say i want to make a circle for example, and i use Draw shape, then i want to fill that circle later with a color, i use the Paint bucket, After i use the Paint bucket, it creates sort of a second thingy, which separates the paint inside the circle and the circle outline itself. and i can just drag out the color inside the circle somewhere else, it's kinda frustrating because i just gave a simple example but when you are working with a more complex shape it gets annoying.


How can i merge those two togather from the start ? i mean when i paint bucket inside the circle so they are merged togather the color and the shape.

don't use paint bucket - use create shape (default shortcut key U). Select the points that you want to be the path for the shape, choose fill, stroke or both and then hit the "create" button. if you want to have a filled shape the path has to be closed; but if you don't want to see all the edges some can be hidden.
