Oh man, I lost my product key

What do I do??? I can't find the product key. I had it in an email but it was accidentally deleted. I have been using moho for a while now and I think I have updated it once. I can provide the original email, is there a recovery?

Just go to the Smith Micro website and contact them via email or support ticket. In the future, it may be best to print off your information and keep it in a folder. You can not always rely on technology.

If you have a licensed copy of Moho installed, you can just go to Help>Welcome Screen, in the menus. It shows your serial number at the bottom.
If not, you may be able to find this file: C:\ProgramData\Smith Micro\Moho\12\Moho12.lic.prefs (Windows location)
If you open that with Notepad, it has your registration number.

Wow that was a bit scary, yeah they were able to help me at the website. I will print it out, that's a good idea. And while I am at it part of what makes moho doable is that people seem so willing to take the time to answer people's questions. Thank you so much
