I think it's a good idea to cull unused scripts from your windows and menus. Right now I'm probably running the leanest set of third-party tools I've ever had in Moho because I had so many tools that I only used once in a blue moon and the clutter made it harder to find the tools I did use. Plus some tools were left unused for so long, I no longer remembered what they were for.
The easiest way is to just pull out all the scripts you don't use in the Scripts folder of your Custom Content Folder. What I do is I have a 'Disabled' folder in that directory and drag the scripts I'm not using to it. Moho will not load anything nested inside another folder, so this is a good way to temporarily 'disable' any third party tools in case you want to add them again in the future.
From what I recall, the Mynd scripts include a custom tool layout. You might want to remove that or edit it. I got rid of that a long time ago because I prefer to have my own tools layout for Moho. You can create your own layout manually in a text editor or use the Tools Layout tab in Preferences.
