First, my MOHO was working but I needed to reinstall Windows
After reinstalling it I had the error 0xc00007b
I fix the error by installing Microsoft Visual C++
now it runs but closes itself immutably

No idea, but getting a UAC warning every time you launch Moho seems odd. Maybe back your UAC settings down a bit? Your task manager says UAC virtualization for Moho is "Not allowed." Mine says "Disabled." Maybe try running Moho as administrator?
