switch mouth and deform face

Hi
i have a switch mouth layer with all my phoneme inside. My mouth layer is not linking to a smartbone beacause i found it easier to animate the switch in the time line.
i want to deform the face depends on the mouth layer display. like here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rN2bB8sjjIg
I's that a way to do this in moho ? add an action on each mouth phoneme that deform the face ?
I do not have ideas.
Is anyone can help me? thank you

Depending on style and rigging method there are several ways to achieve this.

In my recent project I had bitmap heads in different views, with a set of mouth shapes for each view. The head consisted of everything from nose upwards, whereas each mouth shape also contained the jaw. This way I had the necessary face distortions coupled with mouth action everywhere.

my face shape is independant from the mouth.
here's my layer structure (simplified)

-CHAR
-HEAD
-eye
-noze
- mouth groupe layer switch
mouth 1
mouth 2
mouth 3
-face shape
-BODY

As Slowtiger says, adding your face shape to the mouth switches is the most direct way. If you really need the face and mouths separate, you can make a reference of the mouth switch and change all of it's sublayers to be the face shape for each phoneme. Being a reference, the face switch will change when you change the mouth switch. You just need to leave the sublayer names of the face switch the same as the mouth switch. But you can rename the switch layer itself and change the content of the sublayers.

Other solutions, like using a smart mesh to deform the face, wouldn't automatically match the mouth switch.
