Moho 12.5 - Preview Animation does not work

I am fairly new to Moho, and so I have not done much animation, or even previews of animation yet.
I'm using Moho 12.5, and I'm fairly sure this feature has worked in the past, allowing me to watch the demo scenes that come up when you open the program.

Now however, when I select 'File> Preview Animation... ' (or CTRL + Shift + R), nothing happens.

No pop-ups, no error messages, no previews, just nothing.

I can preview single frames, and export the rendered video, but I can't Preview the animation.

Is this an issue that has happened to others, is there a way that I can fix it?

I keep Moho Pro 12.5 installed for testing purposes here. I just tried Preview Animation, and it's working fine here with Windows 11 on a desktop computer and a Surface Laptop.

The first thing I would try is updating the graphics driver. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Moho 12.5. Be sure to use the final version from Smith-Micro's website.

The re-install did fix that problem, while not upsetting anything else (preferences, and even your Select Bone/Select switch layers remained intact)

I am finding another problem now, though I did find a workaround:

Some preview animations play (VLC media player) where it is only rendering the upper left quarter of the screen. This is mostly occurring with the default launch scenes that Moho has, while my own scenes preview correctly.
I found that these previews are saving to your default file location under <Your Location>\Moho Pro\Render Cache
If I open the scenes from this location, they play correctly.

Now I can get back to work learning Moho, which I am doing following your tutorials! Thanks for those!
