[PAID] Looking for an Animator, Flash or Otherwise

I'm looking for an Animator that I could work with constantly to create Short non complex animations featuring my comic book characters. Basically I'd need you to take a character that looks like this:

See, nothing too complex for probably about 30sec to 2min worth of animation. I'd like to stay as under $100 or max at $200 for the entire thing since this has to come out probably almost every month.

Those URLs with dots in them are no good.
