How do you use Anime Studio Pro to export the final thing to HD (with an AVI/MOV file)?
Have you set your project properties to HD? This should be the first step: correct dimensions and frame rate. After that you can export, but be careful which codec you choose. Some, like the HDPRO family, are not HDTV at all.
The "best" codec seems to be 4:2:2 uncompressed, which results in large files, but is easy to handle with in post production. Alternatively you can export a sequence of PNG images. It all depends on what you want to do with the files: edit them, compose them, or send them directly to post production.
