They're editors and plugins to be used on how ever you want. Not all sound like stuff that's made for synth style music. For instance, compressors, limiters and reverb are used for any style music or vocals. Plus many other effects can be used. If you truly want to contol vocal pitch, then take a look at Melodyne. That would be the best option.InfoCentral wrote:This is all vocal snyth stuff?

The last time I looked into vocal synth equipment (like radio studio grade) it was between $1500-2500. I could pick up some vocal synth equipment that was for the stage much cheaper but it was limited in scope and I figured it would be a big task connecting it for recording. Software seems the best alternative but in my searches it has proved to be elusive.

So the acknowledgment is afterwards your professionals re-record the advance THEN breathing to those tracks. You don't almanac at the aforementioned time your action is arena (in the industry this is post-dubbing or looping and is an EXTREMELY annoying action involving abounding abounding abounding hours of plan of recording one band at a time afresh and afresh and afresh to get it to "match".
