On/Off animation channels (not hide, but deactivate)

Post by Víctor Paredes »

I don't if it's just me, but some times I need that certain channels of animation be deactivated to add some details.

For example, If you have the camera moving and you want to animate a character finger, it becomes pretty hard, because you have to constantly drag the workspace to see how it's going on.

Another finger example. If you have an arm making a "hello" movement and you want to animate one finger, again you'll have to constantly drag the workspace to see where is your finger (assuming you are using zoom).

So, this is my request: the ability to turn Off an entire channel (or the red channel for selected bones/points) to edit details. Once you get it, turn the channel On again.
It's similar to eliminate keyframes, but with the advantage you can get them back.
