Why don't you start with a photo of a real woman as a reference image? That takes out the guess work. I'd say make the lips a bit fuller, cheekbones a bit higher, less pronounced chin (or try moving the mouth lower), a bit of eyeshadow and the eyes a bit bigger, less shadow for the nose. Oh yeah, place the hair on the right behind the face so you can see the face contour. But otherwise it's perfect!
